• Anger management
• Low self-esteem
• Life stages
• Work related problems
• Trauma
• Identity
• Ageing related issues

My psychotherapeutic approach is inclusive, non-judgemental and prioritises individual experience over rigid theoretical frameworks. I am genuinely curious about how you perceive and interact with the world around you.

This understanding forms the foundation of our work together, allowing us to explore and develop coping strategies that are meaningful and effective for you personally.

Anxiety, depression, low self-esteem, trauma and beyond…

Anxiety

Although anxiety is a fundamental part of life and we can never fully escape it, it sometimes can be overwhelming and painful. It can also come in many forms like panic attacks, social anxiety, fears or daily worries. In therapy, we can explore your unique relationship with anxiety and discover the root of your suffering to navigate it with more ease.

Bereavement and loss

The loss of a loved one, a serious illness, or the departure of something cherished can be profoundly challenging to navigate alone. While society often imposes expectations on the duration of grief, it’s crucial to recognize that everyone processes loss differently. Your journey through grief is deeply personal and deserves respect and understanding.

Debilitating Illness

Living with a debilitating illness can be an overwhelming and isolating experience. The physical challenges are often compounded by emotional and psychological stress, impacting every aspect of your life. It’s natural to feel frustrated, anxious, or even hopeless at times. I offer a safe space where you can express your feelings freely and discover new ways of connecting to life and others.

Neurodiversity

My approach to working with neurodiversity is gentle and individualized. Although I understand the value of diagnosis, I do not believe in reducing people to labels and want to understand each person’s unique challenges, strengths and preferences. I focus on creating a supportive environment that embraces neurodiversity bringing its own abilities and perspectives to the world.

Depression

You may be feeling disconnected, unmotivated and once removed from life. Your mood can be constantly low and you may feel numb even doing the things you used to love. Although it usually comes at a time of change depression can hit anyone unexpectedly. Exploring depression in therapy, can help with understanding what is going on for you and finding new ways to connect to life.

Low Self Esteem

Low self-esteem can impact us in social situations, at work or in romantic partnerships. Although life events may contribute to confidence issues it is fundamentally how we see ourselves. Talking about confidence issues helps us discover the ways we see ourselves and explore our relationship to the world and others around us.
